From Landmark to Vintage Tavern (Est. 2024)
Nestled within the walls of a historic 200-year-old building, The Vintage Inn and Tavern stands as a testament to time and taste. Our warm atmosphere is an invitation to experience culinary craft where nearly two centuries of stories meet legendary hospitality and award-winning excellence.
Continuing a 200-year-old tradition, our kitchen features unique handheld sandwiches, savory appetizers, and signature entrees. Within these historic walls, the warm atmosphere invites you to experience culinary craft where landmark heritage meets the simple joy of sharing a legendary meal with friends and neighbors.
Our Story
Long before The Vintage Tavern opened its doors, the building stood as a landmark in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. Formerly known as Kubler’s Mountain Hotel, it carried decades of memories, laughter, and local history within its walls.
In August of 2023, John and Scott saw more than just an old property — they saw potential. They saw a place where families could gather, friends could reconnect, and the community could once again have a spot to call its own.
Renovations began with one goal in mind: honor the building’s past while creating something fresh, welcoming, and built to last. During the transformation, a partnership formed that would shape the identity of the Tavern. Witchcraft Sandwich Company, owned and operated by Torre and Gabrielle, joined the vision — bringing bold flavors, creativity, and a passion for quality food to the table.
After months of hard work, sawdust, long nights, and big dreams, The Vintage Tavern proudly opened its doors in March of 2024. Today, The Vintage Tavern stands as a family-owned and operated business rooted in community, hospitality, and tradition.
